Privacy Policy

Today Tile ("Service") processes only the information needed to provide routine logging and sync features.

1) Data We Collect or Store
- Routine log data (date-based check records, selected activities, and optionally entered notes/photos)
- Event data (event title, date, and recurrence settings entered by the user)
- Account information (account identifier when the user signs in with Google or Apple)
- Subscription and restore information (data needed to verify subscription status, restore purchases, and check ownership)
- Device/app diagnostic data (for crash analysis and app stability)
- Usage data (screen usage and feature flow data for product improvement)
- Advertising-related data (data needed to serve ads and grant rewarded ad access)

2) Purpose of Collection
- To provide routine logging, event, widget, and sync features
- To support sign-in and data restore
- To process Pro Version purchase and restore flows
- To improve service quality (crash analysis, stability, usability improvements)
- To provide ads in the free version and rewarded ad features

3) Third-Party Processing and Sharing
- The Service may use Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config), Google AdMob, Apple/Google sign-in, and in-app purchase platforms.
- We do not sell or arbitrarily share user data with third parties, except when required by law.

4) Retention and Deletion
- Data saved by the user is retained only as long as needed to operate the service.
- When the user uses available features such as data reset, sign-out, or account deletion, related data is deleted or made no longer usable according to product policy and technical structure.

5) Consent and Choice
- App usage analytics and crash reporting may be enabled only after user consent.
- On iPhone, if the user chooses to allow ad personalization, the app may request App Tracking Transparency permission from the first post-record privacy consent flow.
- Until ATT is authorized, ads in the free version remain non-personalized.
