Today Tile Account Deletion
Account deletion guide
In Today Tile, you can start account deletion directly from Settings > Account > Delete account. This page is a supporting reference for the deletion path and extra contact details.
How to delete inside the app
- Open the Today Tile app.
- Open the Account section in the Settings tab.
- Tap `Delete account`.
- Enter the confirmation phrase and complete deletion.
Data that is deleted
- User account information
- In-app records and personal settings linked to the account
- Other identifying data stored in connection with the account for service operation
Data retained and retention period
The minimum information required for legal compliance, dispute handling, and abuse prevention may be retained separately for up to 30 days after the deletion request is processed.
- Deletion request receipt and processing records
- Payment or report-related records that must be retained for a certain period under applicable law
